A boutique winery that produces wine in the facilities of Sorek Winery. Our first wines will be produced as early as 2016 and reflect the variety of flavors and aromas we love and are based on grapes from the Land of Israel terroir. We are careful to produce wine from grapes that come from individual plots and that have been harvested by hand, in order to maintain uniformity and create continuity from harvest to harvest.
