In 2006, Yossi Shor founded 1848 Winery, driven by a passion to craft limited quantities of exceptional quality wines. This journey commenced in 2000/2001 with the establishment of new vineyards in Israel's premier wine regions. Emphasizing the importance of expertise, Shor enlisted a French-born winemaker with training from Bordeaux, and engaged top consultants to refine every facet of the winemaking process.
