A single vineyard and small family winery established in 2014 by Orna and Roni Lev. Seven Mediterranean grape varieties are grown in the vineyard planted by the family and friends. The family vineyard has been, for several years, the sole source of grapes for the 3,500 bottles of wine produced by the winery each year. The vineyard is cared for exclusively by family members and the wine is produced by Orna, the winemaker at the Sorek Winery, which serves as a loyal service winery for us. The grape harvest is done manually by family members and friends who love wine, land, and space.
