Bader

Steffen and Ellen Bader, the driving force behind their philosophy is "Growing together, acting sustainably, and doing good in the process." Together with their dog Frieda, they founded the Bader winery in 2023. On the legendary Schutterlindenberg vineyard in Lahr, they cultivate nearly 2 hectares of vines and have been in the process of converting to organic farming from the very beginning. Sustainability is important to the trio – not only ecologically, but also socially. With their business, they want to contribute to the local community and foster open and inclusive interaction.
