A Boutique winery in Israel; Top-quality; Limited edition. We grow a variety of wine grapes. Cabernet Sauvignon/Carignan/ Petit Verdot/ Shiraz/ Cabernet Franc and Petite Sirah. Most of the grapes are Estate grown. The grapes grow on Terra Rosa soil 850-910 meters above sea level in Israel’s central mountain range. We have vinified it for ultimate quality in every regard: low yields, 3-week maceration on the skins, the reserve is aged for 20 months in 100% new French oak barrels. Our aim is to provide wine lovers with excellent wines that reflects the beauty and potential of our terroir, that we feel stands with the great appellations of the world.
