Blendim Winery was created 3 years ago with the intention of exciting, innovating and giving a personal and feminine interpretation to Israeli wine. I have a clear line of fresh, crisp, clean, fruity wines without compromising on complexity and interest. After years of working in well-known wineries, this is my personal winery where I return to the beginning, to experience, to study, to manual labor and make wine that I love. I have a path and I have a journey, for me it is a creation to make wine from grapes that knows how to tell a story.
