From 12 years of research in the Negev - to a wine that tells a story. Amnon Bustan, a wine grape researcher at the Ramat Negev R&D Center, and since 2020 he has been translating the knowledge he has accumulated into a bottle. The grapes grow in the research plots in the Negev, hard soil and strong sun that leave a mark. At Soreq Winery, they are transformed into white, rosé and red wines - which are built around the guiding principle of co-fermentation of several varieties. In this method, the desert terroir is particularly expressed and each wine is a new adventure.
