Kaymont is the fulfillment of a family dream. After years of winemaking at Sorek Winery, the vineyard was planted in 2021 on the chalky slope of Nahal Hashofet in Emek Hashalom, and in 2023 we all moved from Ramat Gan to the Yokneam settlement to establish a winery, stables, and our new home, all next to each other. The name Kaymont, the name of Yokneam during the Crusader period, and the logo of the two cypresses, which are located at the edge of the vineyard and were planted in 1936 in memory of the two guardians of the settlement, represent a winemaking practice that is entirely loyal to the place and our vineyard.
