At the foot of Tel Kamon, in Yokneam, the colony, an innovative "Winnovate" vision has been conceived to acclimatize and develop ten innovative varieties of resistant hybrid wine grapes. The varieties were imported to Israel by Dr. Michael Shtrim (Shtrimintics). The vineyard demonstrates innovative agriculture - minimal spraying and fertilization, natural enrichment of the soil and maintaining a diverse and healthy ecosystem (biodiversity). The adjacent winery carefully produces 8 varietal wines and 6 creative blends from the grapes of the vineyards in Yokneam and a demonstration plot in the Galilee.
