Kantharos Winery is a boutique Israeli winery founded in 2005 by Daniel Lefen and Eytan Lifshitz, graduates of the prestigious "Cellar Master" wine program at Tel-Hai Academic College in the Galilee region.
We specialize in producing premium-quality wines through meticulous craftsmanship, using carefully selected grapes sourced primarily from vineyards in the Galilee, Golan Heights, and Judean Hills.
Over the years, our wines have earned recognition, winning gold and silver medals at the international TTERRAVINO (MIWSC) wine competition in Israel.
Our portfolio includes dry red wines crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Syrah, and Carignan grapes, as well as Port-style wines made from Carignan and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties.
Our wines are aged in French oak barrels for 16 to 24 months, allowing them to develop exceptional complexity. Once bottled, they continue to mature gracefully for many years.
