A small family-owned winery located in Erpolzheim in the Palatinate region manages a 9-hectare vineyard. The winery recently bottled its 23rd vintage, marking its second organic wine release, certified under DE-ÖKO-039. Since 2018, all products from the winery have been vegan. The winery specializes in Burgundy varieties, which represent approximately one-third of the vineyard area. Another third is devoted to Riesling, an essential varietal for any Palatinate vintner. The remaining vineyard space features a variety of other grape types, rounding out the diverse selection offered by the winery.

The management team is led by Annette Kohl, with Dipl. Ing. (FH) Michael Mader overseeing cellar operations and wine production, and Rainer Kohl handling external operations.
