Since 2003, we’ve worked tirelessly to capture the complexity and charm of our grapes in every bottle you store in your wine refrigerator. Located in Tel Fares, our vineyard is nurtured with care through natural, dedicated, and ecological processes. By combining state-of-the-art equipment with years of knowledge, experience, and traditional winemaking methods, we adhere to the highest standards to ensure that every glass of our wine tells a story—from vineyard to bottle.
We’re honored that our wines are celebrated by customers, wine connoisseurs, and sommeliers alike. Since our very first harvest, Maor wines have graced the tables of leading restaurants, exclusive wine shops, delicatessens, and boutique hotels across Israel. Our wines have received critical acclaim, generating buzz and ranking impressively in international wine competitions.
After years of meticulous testing and experimentation, we planted our vineyard in 2007 in the Tel Fares region at the northeastern tip of the Golan Heights. Since 2010, all our wines have been crafted from grapes exclusively grown in our Tel Fares vineyard, making them true single-vineyard wines.
We produce approximately 15,000 bottles annually, with no plans to expand in the foreseeable future. This deliberate approach ensures the exclusivity of our wines. As a result, our bottles can be hard to find, and we often receive inquiries from wine enthusiasts searching for specific vintages. Rest assured, we’re always delighted to assist.
After years of dedication, we now invite you to enjoy the fruits of our labor. Listen to the unmistakable pop of the cork, pour yourself a glass, and savor every moment.
