My wine "journey" began in 2017, parallel to my personal journey after being discharged from the IDF and embarking on a new path. The journey, which began with the first wine made from Mitzpe Ramon grapes, combines our unique varieties, flavors, people, and regions of Israel each year. The amazing people of Sorek Winery, where the wine is produced, have been partners in the "journey" of discovery and learning for 8 years. After several years of producing red wine, white wines, family members who take part in making the wine, and many friends and partners have also joined the journey.
