Big heart and big plans

Maximilian Greiner has no less a goal than to bottle the best wine in the world. As a trained cooper and university-educated oenologist, he is certainly well-equipped for the journey. But it is things that go beyond science that make the difference for him: "The origin of great wines lies in biodynamic farming practices in the vineyard and in the cellar."
