The tiny winery produces about 100 bottles (yes, a hundred!!) of dry red wine per year and the same amount of dry white wine. At the beginning of my journey, I adopted the approach of making special wines from less conventional grapes such as Carignan, Petite Sirah, Cabernet Franc, and more. In the last ten years, I have dared to create a special Amarone-style wine - a wonderful wine from the northern regions of Italy. In short, I really like wines that when tasted are accompanied by the exclamation "Wow!!!" and that is my motto in making wines.
