A boutique winery, the product of a passion for winemaking from the terroir of the Land of Israel. It began with vineyard tours to get to know the land, the vineyards, the grape varieties and the winemaker. The winery was established in Hod Hasharon in 2015 after completing a winemaking course. Today, Nishka Winery produces 5,000 bottles a year through hand-crafted processes from grape varieties from various vineyards that represent the diverse types of land in the Land of Israel. Nishka Winery specializes in making varietal wines and sometimes "dances" with blends.
