Roy's wine was made in memory of Sergeant Roy Perry, my son who fell on October 7, 2023 on Shabbat Simchat Torah. Roy was a fighter in the Golani Brigade, Battalion 13, Command Platoon, the Predators of the Night. On that Shabbat, he fought bravely and volunteered to be the last to remain unprotected with his commander and saved the lives of his comrades. Roy loved the good life, loved good food along with good, fine wine, always pampering and preparing the "perfect bite" for his family, partner and friends. And the wine was made in his memory.
