The journey of Shore Estate Winery commenced in 2010 with the establishment of the family's vineyards. Hailing from one of the oldest families in the rejuvenated settlement in the Land of Israel, the Shor family has been dedicated to wine production since the mid-19th century, maintaining a steadfast commitment. The seventh generation of the Shor family, fueled by a shared passion for wine, the land, and the rich traditions of their country, embarked on a journey that interweaves generational love with a reverence for the soil.

Uniting tradition with technological innovations, the family ventured into planting vineyards, becoming integral partners in the cultivation process. Their approach to selecting plots and growing areas deviates from the conventional planting map in Israel, driven by creative curiosity and a mission to unveil an unexplored terrain worthy of nurturing exceptional vines that embody the essence and distinctiveness of the region.

In 2018, the culmination of familial excitement and joy, combined with the dedication of the vineyard team, winemaker, and the entire winery staff, resulted in the first harvest of grapes. The winery's path was set ablaze by a meticulous approach to self-cultivation, sophisticated equipment, and the unwavering commitment passed down through seven generations of winemaking in Israel.
