Sikra Winery was founded in 2006 by Zeev and Ronen Levinger, twin brothers from central Israel. Zeev and Ronen studied winemaking at the Sorek Wine School, with winemaker Nir Shaham. Each year, the brothers produce between one and two barrels, up to 500 bottles of each type. Sikra Wines has participated several times in the Trevino international competition and won medals for the winery's red and white wines.
