Small business, big discovery!

Six years ago, Dina Burkhardt and Timo Schöpflin started on a small plot of steep land. Now they cultivate just over a hectare, but both still work other jobs.
While their initial motivation was a passion for wine, today they speak more about their love of nature. Good wines grow on healthy soils, and for them, the path to that begins with promoting biodiversity. They have farmed organically from the start and are now Ecovin certified.
Half of their wines are already sold out, and their first sparkling wine was only released this summer. We are all the more excited about the exclusive bottles they will be bringing to the wine festival!
