In her vineyards, oenologist and winemaker Ina Wihler seeks harmony on all levels: from fungi and bacteria to her dog and sheep, to family and friends. Her approach is holistic, gentle, socially responsible, and organic. Her cellar also showcases diversity, featuring barriques, clay amphorae, and stainless steel tanks. The result is spontaneously fermented, unfiltered, and characterful natural wines.
