Shizaf Vineyard is nestled in the upper tributary of Nahal Tzin, within the elevated terrains of the Negev Mountains.

This vineyard prides itself on its equilibrium, employing natural practices by eschewing chemical sprays and nourishing the vines with compost instead. The deliberate choice not to treat the wild grass with herbicides contributes to the vineyard boasting the highest proportion of beneficial insects in the Negev, as well as maximizing the capture of natural water resources, subject to the allowances of weather conditions and flood occurrences.
